if its legit yes. but has to be residential if the paypal is personal.. not business. they care mainly about the postal code.

paypal usually wants a real street address not just a PO box

If it's a legit address that you can confirm with Proof of Address, there won't be any problems for you.
But be aware that they know it's a PO Box.

don’t think so. If they ask you to verify with an ID card , which they often do now when you register the account, they will notice that the address on the ID is not the same as the account address, and you could have problems. So be careful.
