Hello,

Is there any way to verify a stealth paypal account without a tracfone? I've tried TextPlus, TextNow, Google voice.. and none of them work. I can't receive the code.

Any real prepaid phone will work best. Call forwarding websites might work as well.

Yes it could be verified .
Make sure its not attached to his or anyone else paypal account and if something goes wrong you'll have to contact support through the same number.And paypal call's in very rare cases at least never heard of anything as such at least for verification in INDIA.

I know a good call forwarding site called Sonetel. It will redirect a foreign phone number to your own. Try it out, it works. Use the free package and you get 10 minutes with the phone number they give you (you pick the country).
