How about for US paypal account?uk pp need both VBA and VCC.
Any price range for VBA and VCC?

For US paypal, isn't if I use VBA I won't be needing VCC anymore? or not?
If my PP get limited for any reason then is it possible to fix that with this VBA + VCC ?
Because the USA PP account should use through US IP otherwise it will get banned some times Using US IP also make some problem like ask details of my ID and Physical address.
I had this Bad experience and loose few money
