Paypal Verification ID

I have been selling on Ebay UK for a while and was asked to send ID and proof of address as my account became limited today because of the EU laws limit.

The problem this is my second Paypal account as I use the other one with my real information only for my online shop. I sell only normal gift products on Ebay but used a fake name in order to open a second Paypal, although I use the same address than my other account.

Anyway, is anyone here offering UK ID service for Paypal verification please? I tried to change my own ID on Photoshop but looks sooooo bad! I guess I am ok even with he proof of address but really need an ID ASAP.
