PayPal verification for UK account, how to?

Hello,
I registered new PayPal account from UK country for some fake details.

I received some money into this account that I want to withdraw.
When I want to send it to another PayPal account via e-mail address - PP won't let me to that saying that I should verify my account by adding card or bank account.

Problem is that I cannot use VCC Paypal Instant verification cards because it does not work for Europe.

Is there a way that I can verify my account to have possibility to withdraw money from it?
Maybe I can use friend's credit card from UK and link it to my account?

Just take any VCC and will work for 100% - you will see. Just verify it and you are ready to go.

I spoke with verifyvcc.com and they told me that their cards do not work with Europe PP countries except Germany and France :/

Check and talk with guys from my signature too. Maybe is someone that can help.

You can try it. As I already told you. It will work if it is a UK card.

Just buy $10-15 vcc and verify your acc. It is simple

My Paypal has a card attached to in which is in another name. Never had a problem. UK account also. When adding the card to Paypal I added all the details and left the billing address the same as the Paypal account address.
