Paypal +VCC Where?

Hi..

I am From Sri Lanka and Paypal still not support Us.so i Created Malaysia Account with using fake address and fake phone Number and i hope to verify It Via VCC I what to know is there any risk?where i can buy VCC?

i would recommend avs vcc instead of simple vcc as it offers you more protection against limitations
 
I'll give you a bit of advice now, do not create PayPal accounts for different countries than the one you're in. They don't tend to last long. Also as a tip, the VCCs you can buy from sellers aren't always good. Search hard enough and in the right places and you'll figure it out.
 
i also have the same problem..can someone help me out with a very good vcc

Okay Everyone you can find a VCC using Google mainly. Just search for a company and try them out.
Another thing to do is check out the BST Section here on BHW. Okay and as far as the risk are concerned...
The main risk you run with having a PayPal account when your country does not support it is you do not
run it properly or something happens and it gets limited and your funds are stuck.

I want to know that from where I should get the VCC for paypal because paypal does not support in my country....
