I had the same problem twice! in the first time i called them and i told them that I didnt knew about the rules of payal etc.. and they gave me the money with warring
in the second time , i called them agian and i told them about the same problem that I had and they told me , that your money is now on hold for 180 days , after 180 days you can to widthrew them to your bank account/debit card, my suggestion is that you could call them and try to explian them about the problem ,tell them that you like to work with paypal as your favorite payment .
