What do you mean by lucky enough ? I think answer could be if you can send payment via paypal to payoneer or not , right ?
Why it need "luck" factor in between ?

Yes, add the us bank account in payoneer to your paypal account. If it is not accepted request another bank account in payoneer they will give you another bank account from another bank. They have many bank accounts from different banks. You can put any name of the bank account as long the account number is correct you can receive the funds.

Can we add any US bank to payoneer ? or pypl and payoneer bank should match ? and by linking bank we can send funds to pyoneer ?

You can withdraw from PayPal to Payoneer using the Bank account that is attached to your Payoneer account.
You may have Bank of America that's not gonna work with PayPal, what you should do in this case is contact Payoneer ( Live chat is the best option here ) and ask them to add you a new US bank account from COMMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK and you will be able to add it to PayPal

When you add the payoneer bank account to paypal use the name of the paypal account and put the payoneer bank account number. Then you can withdraw to the payoneer account.

It works even your payoneer is Individual ( not business) and if you are not from US ?

If have Payoneer card You can link it to your Paypal and draw money through payoneer card it on ATM although fee per witdrawal is too high. (I didn't tell ya this, but it works here - NOT USA!

Order a payoneer card (there is a fee for issuing the card, monthly fee and transfer fees - should check on their page). Link this card to your Paypal account. Actually you can link any credit card to your Paypal.
With a linked card you can withdraw funds from Paypal directly on any ATM.

Payoneer provide Mastercard only and I think GayPal don't allow withdraw on mastercard.
