How to exchange money for paypal to moneybookers? you have any ideas please share with me .

There are some website to exchange out there, just do a search but 60% among them are scam, be careful.....

You may have a look at exchangemoneyplace to search for the best guys and services! I dont guarantee anyway....

I also recommend PP>Bank>MoneyBookers. You can find a TON of services out there but a lot of them are scams and when you ask which ones aren't the scammers will find your post and recommend themselves! It is something to be very wary of unless you personally know somebody who will do it for you I would avoid that, especially with large $ sums that tend to turn legit people into scammers.

paypal to money booker is not possible with out bank transfer but i suggest you try plimus ,actually paypal to plimus is allowed..

I don't think its really the best, I use Plimus for everything basically. Yes you can accept both PayPal and MoneyBookers payments via your Plimus account but he's asking just how to quickly transfer money from one of his accounts to the other which Plimus is not really a good solution to.
