PayPal to BTC?

I am posting this question here in Lounge because I didn't find better section to do so.
It is probably stupid question for some of you, but I am very bad with all of these payment processors

I do wonder which way is the best (less fees) to transfer PayPal balance into crypto balance (BTC or USDt)? My wallet is in Binance.
