Buy something with PayPal and then sell for crypto. Then transfer to bank. If you have large amount in PayPal, buy a website already earning with AdSense and then get paid by Google every month in bank.

You can create two accounts on https://www.freelancer.com/ and setup a project and hire yourself.
Freelancer will take a % commission, but it's a nice way to convert money from PayPal to a different payment gateway.

This is an interesting idea... also why not create a paypal from your own country and charge yourself for it and withdraw to the other paypal?
