Paypal tax ?

Sorry for the newbie question , but im not experienced in paypal payments .

I want to transfer few bucks to paypal account ( payment for 1 article ) .
How should i send them to avoid taxes ? Should i send them as a gift ?
Its pointless to send 2 $ and pay 2 $ transfer tax .

I dont think that there will be fee if we send it as gift. Its the best way to send the money without fees.

When i last time sent 2 euros, tax for 20 cents, but its being a while i did it. So not sure about is that tax "updated"

Have you got the paypal fees in terms of cents or euroes usually paypal takes some fee when you pay money in terms of service or goods.
