Paypal tax EIN question

Hey everybody. Im sure you all know that you can only have 1 EIN number at a time. so my question is can you create multiple stealth paypal business accounts with the same EIN number? If the answer is no than how does one create multiple stealth business accounts if you don't have an available SSN or EIN?

I know, but from what i've read the IRS will only give you one EIN number.

they will give you one for your person to run a sole prop business or to hire domestic help. You can get as many as you want as long as you start legitimate businesses.

Your own personal tax identification number is known as an Individual Taxpayer ID (ITIN) which is usually your social security number, that is unique and can only be issues 1 per person.
Then you have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) Given only to businesses - even if you are a Sole Proprietor you will need a new/separate EIN Tax id to be issued!

How to get SSN or EIN outside USA? and cost?
For selling on Ebay/Amazon what sort of EIN required personal/business?

Only legal residents in US can get SSN, and foreign entities can not get EIN unless you give the SSN of a US citizen or legal resident as teh "responsible party"
