Not sure if this is the right place to post but here I go.

My friend used StreamLabs and he was prompted to create a business account with Paypal to use their features. When he clicked on "create a business account", he was moved to the PayPal page to insert all the info. He clicked cancel and voila, the loop begins. Whenever he tries to log in to the Paypal account he automatically receives the prompt to complete the business account. He tried to contact PayPal's support however they can't do anything to cancel the "create business account" option, and his account is suspended until the business account is created :D Every login attempt on PayPal leads to the "create the business account" prompt and there is no way to cancel the action!

Has anyone experienced something similar? Thanks.

Yeah it happened to me once before, you can contact support and they will have it removed for you. Try a different customer service agent, often they are unaware of technical glitches like this.

Also, the way to get around it is to go to the bottom of the page and click the help button. It will take you to a different screen in which you can select summary, and head to the main menu.

Thank you everyone for your help. My friend finally managed to get his account un-suspended, and everything works fine now!
