If you're in the USA or Canada just open a new bank account, attach it, and withdraw. Names necessarily don't have to match up since the bank will not expose your details to 3rd parties.
Your Best Options seems to be:
1. Withdraw the money immediately and see if this works.
2. Send your money to another Paypal Account controlled by you. You can do this by sending yourself an invoice and make it look like it's a payment for online services provided.
3. Buy some goods online (e.g. a TV Set) and have it shipped to your home.

There's only a few banks that I personally know of that require matching names when withdrawing from PayPal to the bank.
They are:
Wachovia
ING Direct
Capital One
