Paypal stealth question

Ok so I was recently banned from paypal and ebay and now I want to get a stealth account...

So here's my questions

Q1.How do you exactly get a paypal account in uk?
so do you input your Virtual credit card details and then if so how do you withdraw money from paypal to bank account??

I used santander so is it alright if i use santander again??​

There is nothing stealth in technology

You can try to make it safe as much possible by using same area VCC,address and Proxy.

Try not to be over excited by opening and using PAYPAL just use when you needed at most rest emails check
