OK I bought something off eBay and it's been 60 days since because the guy is a being a douche. I returned the item a while ago but still never got refunded because of excuses.
ANYWAY. I decided to go to paypal and claim I never made the payment. So I can possibly get my money back.
I have a stealth account. When I claimed I didn't make the payment, PayPal asked to change password but I clicked skipped.
Now PayPal won't let me log in without confirmation of me. I don't remember the fake or burner number I used for the account to receive a text. You can add another number but it keeps saying not registered in my name.
What should I do. I cant seem to contact PayPal because they need me to log it to do so and I can't send a picture of identity with stealth.
