Paypal: Should I afraid about this?

We don't know what you did with the account so we can't tell you what will happen. I really doubt you have to declare taxes in the US. I would just ignore it. If you're really contacted just tell them you are Greece and don't pay taxes for cultural reasons. Don't worry if you didn't use this account at a huge scale AND owe US taxes nothing will happen. If you did you better call Saul.

Hello, what will happen if I do not provide anything until July 15?

As many other already said, this is a general statement so if you are not from the US, you don't even need to bother.

Still, if you're making money online and you get paid with PayPal, you should add that income to your yearly income tax return. At least if you want to sleep without being worried about that.

In the country I live in (it is in Europe) PayPal has the obbligation to notice the Tax Office if you're receiving more than 3.000 euros in one year in your PayPal account. So, basically, they know already...

But I don't get it. Isn't IRS only in US? Why did I get the message?

Also, where can I see the amount I'll have to pay?

You are not in the US. You can ignore this.

They are telling you that the IRS is extending the deadline to file your income taxes and you can download your tax forms from PayPal's tax center.

You only need to do this if you are filing income tax in the US.
