You need to provide tracking plus sometimes best to include a proof of delivery ( ie a signature ).
ok I have tracking I while get signature can you please show me how the document looks

Tracking + Signature + Photo of product will be enough
the singiture need to be office worker or my..?
1. Signature only matters if the item's value is over $750
2. I'd STRONGLY suggest not faking signature since this is something that is stored in the post office's system and if you send in fake documents it can be verified.

Normally tracking number from MAJOR carrier will be an enough proof for Paypal.
