Paypal Shipping and Billing addresses

Hi, I'm from Canada and I want to buy and ship on retailers like Best Buy, Amazon, and Newegg. I'm using a stealth paypal account and I'm not sure if any of those retailers require the shipping address to be the same as the billing address on Paypal. I looked up online and it said I needed to add my shipping address to purchase on sites like Newegg if your billing address is not the same as the shipping. The thing is, my paypal account has been limited with my real address so I'm not sure if Paypal will flag or find it suspicious when adding my address.
