Paypal sends Collection Agencies behind me?

Just for -$5 in my PP account.


Should i enjoy them and their collection agencies as all things are fake in my PP. China based PP.

If all the information is faked then you will be fine. Because PayPal will not go after you for -$5.

Trust me, I have -$800 and they havent sent anyone to my address because all the information was faked.

They won't send anyone to you address anyways. They will call for at least 4 months before trying to sic a collection agency after you. And then they will be calling you every day but sense it's a faked account, no worries right?

I havent heard of such a threatening mail from paypal.

The way collections work is an agency buys the debt for pennies on the dollar. A $5 debt is not worth buying so I wouldn't worry about it. However, if it was your real info I'd pay the fucking 5 bucks to avoid any possible bad stuff on your credit report.

lol they threaten me with -$30 before on my old paypal (3 years ago) because some asshole chargebacked at my goods. Anyways, they never came.

Paypal's collection agency is NCO Financial, and they are harmless. They'll call you, send you a ton of letters, threaten you etc., but it will mean nothing to your credit report. Ignore.

Tell them to send you the CEO's ID and a utility bill adressed to him. Then tell them you decided to limit their account with you and will be getting the money in 6 months. Give a premium number to please contact you if they have further questions. Also remind them of your TOS which state that they agree to all this when they decided to let you use PP.

About 2 years ago, I had a small debt to Paypal about $50 or so and I didn't answer any of their phone calls but I was using my real account for this item.

Long story short, they sent me a letter and it was from collections, I sent the $50 the next day.

If you use any form of real info, or any way to trace you, I would pay it or it will affect your credit.

I had a couple paypal closed with negative balance nevery had any collections. I can't remember how much under a 200 dollars I'm sure.

The story. I was broke broke. I needed money short term. I was working at a company as the service manager and I handled all of the service ticket, I had to process them before they went to the bookeeper. In the meantime there was cash alot of times with the tickets so I would take the cash, turn in my paperwork a few days late with the money.

So I started doing this with ebay, I needed money so I sold items that would sell fast and then started right away after the sale with sending the buyer some time of message to buy more time, Like so sorry it's going to take me a couple days to get this processed I had an emergency blah blah. Then I would just drag it out for as long as I could until I got the money back and I would refund them their money. WEll a couple times I got in over my head and ended not having money to pay back.

3 or 4 ebay accounts later, 3 or 4 paypal accounts later, I have learned my lesson and keep my ebays on the up and up. plus I am financially better now so I don't need to sell fake stuff. I wish I could repay the few people I stuck. Oh well, maybe someday. Peace.

Also I would tell the ebayer something like, so sorry I was taking your item to the PO and dropped it. It's cracked now and won't turn on. This sucks, so sorry, I will refund your money asap, I just have to transfer the funds to my account.

I have an account with 300 negative balance for like 5 months. Info is completely faked. I bought real items to my international address using this account? Do these motherfuckers send international agencies for 300$?

They told me it is the final attempt and they will review my account bla bal bal to send an agency. IF the info is fake, but i bought with a real address on eBay, can they tack me?

Related though, my real paypal account had a negative balance of $50 they locked my account and I'm still waiting for those mofo's to activate again. When I contacted them and asked what was up (waited a week) and got an email saying it's locked cause of negative balance and to contact NCR (the collection agency) When I contacted NCR they had no recollection of my file, I called paypal back and they said that it wasnt sent to NCR (I hate paypal now been waiting almost a week and a half for them to withdraw their 50 bucks to activate my account again)

I have a negative balance on my account. this account has all my real info. It's $75. I am in the U.S., would they send to a collection agency???
