I have a US PayPal and it's not verified.I have a sending limit,which is $500 and i have $390 left to send.The problem is i can't even send a dollar because it says
"The amount you're trying to send exceeds your $500.00 USD sending limit. Find out how to lift your sending limit and make unlimited payments through PayPal."
and i'm sure it doesn't exceed $500.
What can i do with this?
