Hello, i want to ask is there a solution to solve my problem, i forget my security question answers and my account is limited now.

Also it registred under Germany

Well actually, i dont have any documents for now and i was lived in germany while i registred account, its possible to make some docuemtns i have read here theard paypal solutions (Username : secondeye)


They can also lift my limited account?

Its Better To Call Them , Their Avg Mail Reply Time Is 12 - 48hr :-(
