PayPal Restriction problem

Hello,
PayPal is limited in my country. In other words, you can receive money, send it to your bank/credit card account, but you can't pay/send/use the money in your account for online purposes. You're able to select the preferred option for paying online but you can only select paying with the credit card that linked with PayPal through it, there's no option for paying with the money in your account itself.

This really sucks, I have etsy shop and I receive money into my PayPal, but to fulfill the orders I pay with credit card, but the problem is credit cards in my country have a maximum monthly paying of 100-200$ which succcks, I can't start my own dropshipping store, and started getting bad reviews on Etsy because of delayed delivery due to this reason.

I just need a way to create an unlimited PayPal account that can receive and send money anytime. Can I create an account with another country details that don't have restrictions or something?

is there any method/guide/tutorial to do such a thing? Can anybody help please ?

Best is to not reveal your secret in a public forum as this. PayPal may patch their system to make ineffective the method if they find out.
