PayPal Restriction Counterfeit goods

Hi,

I hope some one can help. I have had my PayPal account locked. I sold 1 item on ebay that turned out to be fake. I refunded the buyer with no problem. How ever PayPal have decided to lock my account. The item sold had a value of £7.50.

I have spoken to PayPal and they say my account is locked game over. For the sake of one item. They will not unlock the account and say they will review in 6 months.

The question I have is this. Can I just link a new PayPal account to my ebay account or is that it?

My PayPal account was a business account. For a limited company business. I have a personal PayPal account. Can I link my personal PayPal account to my ebay account or will they block that as well.

Will using other PayPal accounts through my IP address (using the same laptop) give me problems as well.

Can some one please help as I am unable to trade at this time. I am sat on a huge amount of stock that am currently unable to sell at the most busy time of year.

No. Chances are that your eBay will also eventually be banned. Paypal and eBay still share data.

ebay should be fine just sell low risk items for a while and make a new paypal.

ok , so even if your ebay account is not locked right now , it is very risky to use it with another paypal acccount, as it will be linked to your suspended account, so the best advice it to forget this account.
Don't use your personnal paypal on the same IP and don't use it on the same computer again (except if you know how to clean it properly), Instead, make another user on your PC install a portable brother on it and then use your personnal paypal this way.
