paypal restored?

my Paypal was limited and able restored on the same day by resolve the problems what they ask.

This is what I got?

should I be worry in the future? was it a warning?

As with anything, you can run into troubles anytime, so just use your account wisely and following paypal rules and that will decrease the chance of being limited again
