Paypal Resolution centre how not to lose payment

First of all, this forum is a life-saver. Can anybody please help me in this situation

I s.ell seo services on ebay, my terms is a no r.efund policy. However there is one b.uyer who is making life difficult. After doing his seo , he is on page one for one keyword which is good, but he is still unhappy he wants to appear for all keywords at once. IT has only been 3 weeks I did his website seo work. I offered to work some more for free but instead he chose to open a dispute in paypal saying I did not do what I promised in listing.

I went to resolution centre in paypal to explain that I have even overdelivered but buyer will not settle amicably, he wants a refund. I am so annoyed of the time and effort I put into his website . I just dont want to lose my m.oney

Please advise me how can I close this dispute

You have 0 protection selling digital goods, its just the risk sellers have to take when working with PayPal.

that sux dude, how much is the dispute for?

hope you can show all the proofs to paypal ..like backlink and other seo things which had done on the customer site.so that they will also know how much you had hard worked.

The question remains if paypal will go in depth, I have kept all proof of work of course. In the past I've had the bad experience where paypal jsut refund the buyer without truly investigating. Thanks

so the best way is call paypal team describe what had happend and also you must verify everything to see actually whats the matter.
