Hello. I've been limited and asked for invoices, id proofs, etc on my PayPal account after receiving some Requested Money from others. Now i want to create new fresh paypal account, get it verified with VCC. I would like to ask after i make a fresh account, verify it. And after couple hours if i will receive money from others in my PayPal account will i get limited? How should i ask money, by requesting them, by invoices or ? By checking box as a Service, Goods? Any suggestions how to avoid limiting?
