What happens when somebody wants a refund from my paypal?

He got the item and now doesn't it anymore and asks for a refund.

What he can do about that?

He can send it back to you, if he opens a case paypal will hold the funds until he returns the item.

The item is not refundable man. The problem is if he can get the money back.

Did you send it with tracking? If yes and it was delivered, the buyer can only start an "item not as described" dispute, if you have a clear refund policy about the item being non-refundable.

I am talking about content as item.

Now that's trickier being a digital product. Prepare every proof you have that you indeed delivered what you agreed upon, show it to PayPal and hope for the best.

pp sucks in these things...anyway try your luck..tell me digital product and show proof as agreement etc

They can file a not as described claim and will likely win unless you can provide proof of email communication, invoice details, and information showing delivery of what was ordered. I'd prepare everything you can and cross your fingers. Paypal tends to roll a D20 when it comes to who to favor in a payment claim for non tangible goods.

But in most of similar cases, PayPal favors Buyers.

i facing this problem many time Paypal take Long long time to refund Back In thiss case you will massage them every day

Thanks

Paypal favors buyer I agree. If he opens not as described case ur screwed.

But is it really "not as described" I mean he saw pictures before,if hes lying call paypal, and if its same item he cand send it back and you just sell to other person? Not a big problem.

If it digital paypal and ebay dont protect you anymore fact .

If it not digital and you explained in the advert no refund ,and you got a good case .

If they return it ,they just show the return proof ,that it there payed from ebay/paypal.

All digital deals dont get protected no more , the buyer wins hands down ...
They have to open a case...

dealt with both ebay and paypal years ....

I am agree with @GoldenGlovez, you have to send all info as a proof to PayPal. Also call them and tell each and every thing so may be they will close the case in your favor. Try once.
