PayPal refund question, please help

Hello BHW,

I have asked for a refund for service which I have received from fiverr, I have asked it in PayPal, cause seller scammed me,

It’s been 1 month and I have not received a refund yet,

In case it’s saying this:

Refund not received​

The seller agreed to issue a refund


When I asked Fiverr support they told me that money is not with them and cant help,

What does it mean, will I receive my money back or?

If the seller already refunded money, Then money will available at Your Fiverr balance.
 
To me It looks like if the seller agreed to refund you, but Fiverr says the money isn't with them. It might mean the refund process is stuck somewhere between paypal and the seller. you should probably check with paypal directly to see where things stand. It's a bit of a waiting game, but there's a good chance you'll get your money back if the seller has agreed to the refund. keep pushing both paypal and the seller for updates.

When I call PayPal international support they tell me that line is busy.
 
I Have Facing The Same Issue Before. But Don`t Worry If The Seller Really Want To Refund You Will Get It For Sure.
Try To Contact With Seller And Tell Him About Your Situation.

Seller is Fiverr, I purchased something from Fiverr, seller scammed me and then opened a dispute on PayPal, after resolution Fiverr won the case, have opened case again and it shows closed, and writes this:

Refund not received​

The seller agreed to issue a refund


Dont know what to do, Fiverr told me that I have to talk to PayPal not to them

Send Paypal an email no point in trying to call them
 
PayPal is usually pretty good about those things? If you call in they can for sure check the status for you. If you don't get a response you can always open a dispute with PayPal. Even simply opening a dispute to ask for an update 9 times out of 10 helps get a response so you can at least get some sort of answers. Hope that helps!
