Paypal Recurring Payment button help

Hey. I coulda swore we had a BHW section on payment sites or whatever.. anyways.

I know how to create a button to do recurring subscriptions, but i swore there was a way to change the amounts. what I need is for example have the first month $20, and then the rest of the months $10 or something. Or be able to do $30, then $5 a month, etc. Is there a way to do any of that? at least be able to charge an amount the first month, then a different amount the rest of the months. but being able to chose different options or 'payment plans' would be even better in one button ( i know you can have options, just cant figure this out).

I swear you can give a trial and then charge the full amount later.

lol you know i think i was going to check out he trial option before i hit post, but forgot. but, it says 'discounted or lower rate' or whatever.. lol I am trying to charge more. For an indeptth, I am charging something thats a decent amount of money. to make it easy with numbers, lets say its $1000. but i am ofering a payment plan. So I say pay $400 up front, then $100 a month, till its paid off. is THIS possible? thanks

I almost positive that the upfront "trial" amount can be any amount, larger or smaller than the recurring payments....so that should work for you.

hmm. but if i want to offer different payment options "$400 up front, $500 up front" etc, would I have to create multiple buttons?

screw it. made diferent buttons. but i just want to clearify. I think I made the payment buttons right.. is the tiral month included in the 'installments' like it says the trial price, then how many months to be billed.

so if paypal says the payment is going to be:" $50.00 USD for the first month
Then $20.00 USD for each month, for 3 installments"

I just wan to clarify that means a total of $110. is this right? or is 3 installments include the trial $50? thanks! Need to figure this out before i charge wrong lol
