Paypal: Receive (personal) donations option for website?

I've had a personal account for years, but after receiving emails from people wishing to donate (just as Wikipedia do), due to people loving the information I publish on my site, I'm wanting to add a donate button so created a Paypal business account.

This isn't for a charity but more for people to donate towards the running of the site, hosting, writing etc. I assume it will be taxed which is fine.

Has anybody any experience of doing this? I've seen sites where people can donate X amount and even make it an automated monthly donation, like the attached file.
