paypal really messed me up

I registered on flippa with the meaning to buying/selling/improving sites/apps for profit. I verify a paypal account, connect my bank, connect a bunch of valid CCs. I start bidding on stuff on flippa. I won a couple. I try to buy, and guess what? Yeah, "sorry please try again later" I call them up, I let the sellers know, I email flippa, no answer. I call paypal and they told me "sorry, we cant bypass the system" wtf are you good for? might as well just have an automated message for people having trouble buying something, "sorry ofr your inconvenience but your purchases will be blocked from here on out"

so days go by and no response from flippa. Ridiculous. I cut my losses and delete my account. So I create a new account on flippa, new paypal account, valid gift card, and guess what? It worked! I purchased a site and 2 apps. Then as I'm in the middle of transfering everything flippa banned me. I already paid and was awaiting transfers to the google play and apple dev accounts that I just created....then BANNED. So i put a chargeback of flippa. fucking assholes
