i have guys it might sounds like a dumb question but i just want to know from the experts in here my question is i have a no verified paypal accounts and i want to receive money on it (mycountry dont have pp) can i buy domains and stuff with a non verified paypal account i just want to know if it s possible and whats the limits please tnx a lot
