My account has been limited for something I did not even do. With that said I have a few questions.

1. If I use my current PC and IP could they limit or ban me again?
2. Can I use a VPN to create a dummy account?
3. If so must I always log in from that VPN
4. To verify and lift limits can I use a prepaid card?

Yes, to get new account you need to use either a private proxy or VPN and you must always log in through that same IP
To verify the dummy account you can use a VCC, there are couple of providers here on BHW, just look for them in the Marketplace

Yeah they can.If the account was your real account and you didnt do anything illegal then just give them a call and you account will be back alive

So, what you are saying is that is it just the same ip that can get me banned or the PC itself?

Maybe you got hacked? Or you did something controversial? (EG. something they say it's wrong although you think it's not bad)

I think the account has been hacked yes but they did not seem to care.

1. Yes, you must change your IP but you do not need to change your PC.
2. Yes, but it must not be blacklisted on eBay's or PayPal's network.
3. Yes...
