Paypal question

To keep a long story short..i got chargebacked on GayPal a year back for about 200$ and now..inevitably...i need it again for a new business i started.I basically used a friend's account to get the payment there but that arrangement is coming to an end so now i need a new thing. Now i was thinking about making a paypal account on my father's cc but i'm rather scared that paypal will see some connections(first name being the same ofc and the address) and will basically start the cycle of -balance + debt collectors again...(for those wondering yes they sent debt collectors..they left me alone after about a year). Any advice would be good.Thanks in advance

The best thing to do would be to pay your debt tho.
