hi i have some funds in my paypal account i want to transfare them to a bank account (my friends bank tso i can withdraw them with his atm card i am having problem with my bank and it will take two months to be fixed and i need the cash fast my question is can i add his bank account details in paypal and withdraw directly to the account? because i saw this https://www.paypal.com/my/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/pop/acct_name_change

and i was afraid it is not possible since he is not the owner of the paypal account
during adding his bank details to my paypal i saw that the automatically filled the surname to mine and it can be edit

If ur friend don't have a PayPal account with that bank account then there would not be a problem!

You should have same name on Paypal account and Bank account.

You can get a PayPal credit card to use just like bank account. Online application and card is mailed and I received in about 3-4 days. When I transfer to my bank account it takes 2-3 days anyway. So once you get their CC you can use money immediately to paybills going forward with no wait.
 
Why don't you try to contact paypal and try to explain them your problem ? Who knows they might come up with a solution!
 
Another option, if you'd don't live in the US, is Payoneer. You can get a debit card with them and withdraw the money in an ATM. Of course there are some fees for using the service.

Nevertheless, it's a great option to have as backup in case you have problems with your bank account.

As I said check Payoneer, the debit card takes a couple of weeks to receive (depending or you location, maybe less) but you can withdraw the money anywhere.

...I was approved 1 day after I applied and although they said it would take 3 weeks to deliver, it took only 8 days until I held it in my hands...and I live in Europe.
Of course I might've just been lucky, but I'm just saying it's not a bad option.

And I use it because I can't use paypal, so it should be a good option for you OP.
 
I have a paypal account with a debit card. Live in the US. Let me know if you still need help.

This and/or have friend create a paypal account. Nothing to stop each of you pretending to be each other online if you trust him and share info with each other.
 
will i get a payoneer card once i signd up?
 
To transfer funds from PayPal to bank account, your full name for both your PayPal account and bank account must match exactly.
 
If your friend has PayPal you could transfer the money to his account then withdraw to this credit card.
If he does not have PayPal then make him one.

No, unless something changed recently. People are linking virtual bank accounts every day to PP with out a matching name. For credit/debit cards, the info should match, but Paypal cannot by law know the bank details beyond the account number. Some banks may want to have the info match in order to work with paypal, however.
 
Get your friend to open a paypal account and link the paypal account to the bank account. Then all you got to do is send your
friend the money and let him send it to his bank. Process would only take 3 business days.
 
Why do you need to withdraw your money through a mate's bank account anyways?
Bank accounts attached to paypal accounts must match in every detail or your account will be limited and you can't use it for something like 6 months. You can appeal to get the limitation lifted but you'll need to provide lots of documents to verify your identity.

Best solutions:
i) get a new bank account which will give you an ATM card and attach it to your paypal
ii) get a paypal debit card if you're in the US
iii) ask them to mail you a cheque

I reckon all of these will still take 2-3 business days minimum.
