If someone has a limited paypal would he be able to get the money back by asking the person who sent money to open dispute/chargeback and then send through other way ?
wud it work ?
I am not in problem right now but just asking in case...

i have been in such troubles days before. However, i have no idea to get the money in my paypal account.

Hi.

Well i dont use pp a long time anymore, but in what I can remember it was a few years ago that your kinda f*cked if you are limited.

I do not know about their tos at this moment, could be changed.

No if PP account is limited, you cannot receive or send money until restrictions are lifted

I remember having this problem before transfering between different paypals but I just checked the account I sent the money from and back then there was a reversal option where the money went back to the person who sent the money. The money was sent by CC however, i'm not sure if it will work if the money came from the balance of the pp account.

it's a 50/50 chance man. depending on how manny complaints was filled against your account, and type of payment. cc payment is the easy one call ur company theyll do it for you, gaypal is not guaranteed cuzz in most cases they never do or they keep the money for them selfs dang gaypal asswhipes.!!
