So I sold an item on eBay over Christmas. Due to shipping times over the holidays being awful, my item wasn't received until after Christmas. It was sent with tracking and had to be signed for.

Now, the buyer got pissed and opened a dispute for non receipt. In the dispute form, he even says that he received the item. I know how ridiculous they are with buyers winning disputes, but if I can clearly show through tracking and signature that the item, and the fact that the idiot buyer said in the claim that he got the item, what are the chances of me losing the cash?

And should I escalate the dispute to a claim?

    Thanks.
