Paypal question

Hello guys,
First of all I'm sorry if this is the wrong section and please don't hesitate to move it.

I have an unverified paypal and I was wondering. Can I verify my Australian Paypal with a VBA?
And also when you verify with a VCC is there 0 limit like a VBA or not?

As long as you can access that bank account, and it has a routing number, then I'm pretty certain it will work. I know that on American Paypal, verification uses the account number and routing number of your bank. Paypal makes two small deposits to that account, which you then report back to Paypal to verify that it's your account.

Sorry, I haven't tried to verify with a credit card yet, so I don't know on that one.
