Paypal Question

Hey guys...I wanted to sell some stuff on WF but don't want to use my real name and address. Is there any way to get around this using paypal?

I made a second PP account just for this purpose, linked it to another bank account and CC, but I realized that my name and address still showed up.

Is there any way for me to change that and still be verified through paypal?

I was thinking of just creating an account to receive money, not verifying anything, then sending my earnings to my main PP account.

Don't know if that will work.

i hope you don't want to scam anybody...btw answering your question, there's a good chance that your accounts are already linked, it's the worst thing you can do to create another unverified paypal account, because paypal not only limit this one, but they limit your verified one as well after you start sending the money from your unverified to your verified

No I dont want to 'scam' anyone, I just don't want my home address floating all over the internet.

Is there a way for me to do this? I was thinking of opening a PO Box but I dont know if PP will accept that.

Create a legal business name and bank account under that name.
Create a Paypal business account.

Or just call them and outright ask them about your options.
They'll understand your desire to limit your personal info everywhere.
They will tell you how to do it and without suspecting foul play ...if you ask their advice.

Enjoy Paypal's Toll Free numbers ( which they don't have if you ask them for one lol )

Hey Alexa...thanks a lot for the info. The business idea is a great one and I will most likely go with that. it makes sense.

I was thinking of maybe putting the product on PDC then allowing paypal payments through that. I think that will keep my info private but the business idea seems more legit.
