What if you partner with A paypal account owner that can receive in the diaspora and send cash to you after taking out paypal fees and their cut? Its win win and no risk of stealth paypal. This is what I do , as I have a similar problem. I encourage crypto payments, but if I have to take paypal I use this option. However crypto payments for small amounts is not recommended.

Payoneer or stealth PayPal account... But Payoneer is more handy. Paypal requires $$ on start and sometimes can get banned. Your choice
paypal is too risky

Hello

guys I sell things on internet to person to person. everybody uses PayPal but PayPal is banned in my country so i cant take payment sometimes. I suggest them crypto but not everybody can handle it, it takes alot of time to create a crpyto wallet and send it to me,specially he doesnt know the procedure.
so I need a way to get a payment, I ask for steam codes etc.

can you guys give me a suggescion how can Itake a payment exept paypal and cash it?
Google "paypal alternative [your country name]"
There are countless alternatives including Payoneer and Transferwise. And most alternatives available in your country will likely optimize their SEO so that when you search "paypal alternative [your country name]", they show up.

This is better than crypto because for the client it takes fewer steps to make the payment.

Paxum, (Transfer)Wise, and WebMoney work in Turkey
But WebMoney is widely used just in Russia, and Paxum and TransferWise are not widely used at all (except by webmasters, affiliate programs, etc)
There's nothing even close to PayPal when you expect money from "normal" customers

Try a service like Paddle that can accept PayPal on your behalf or 2CO.
