I'm thinking of getting a paypal account set up using a VCC. How do I get my bank card set up to take payments when I have had previous accounts suspended.

There are some members who offer VCC/VBA where you can actually withdraw your money from Paypal
 
best choice is to apply for a new card, same cards will get linked sooner or later
 
I've tried starting a new bank account but it never works. I think they have blocked my mailing address. Any ways around this?
