But i don't think you'll have issues till you reach like 300$ then PayPal will limit your account for verification

You have to upgrade your PayPal account into a Premier account then upgrade it again to Business account, and yes you have to add your bank detail for verification. Since you are already making money and using PayPal as your payment processor these simple process will make and not break your business in the near future.
