Should I be ok if I make an account with my sisters name but use my bank account? or do they look into the bank accounts to make sure the names match?

and if say they don't, what about if my account gets limited. Then will they look into the account to make sure the names match

They can't tell the name on a bank account. That would be a violation of a privacy act. If your account gets limited, they still can't see the name. Not without some legal documents / official investigation to get the info from the bank.

Are you planning on doing something to get limited? If you're planning something very fraudulent - ie someone will be coming after you legally - then don't use your sisters bank account.

Just call your bank tell them you lost a check book and get a new account number and check card. Verify it and your good just change your street name not number or zip just name.

only problem I'm having seems to be getting a new ip address. I've tried everything and nothin works. I've tried leaving my modem off over night, i've tried calling my service provider and asking them to change it, and I've tried command ipconfig/release and renew. Any one have a suggestion.. Will I be okay if I just use a free proxy?
 
I'd love to help you man...I feel your pain.

I've never dealt with a suspended PP account and would hate to give you bad advice. I would suggest posting up with more details about your problem in one of the more heavily viewed sub-forums here at BHW.
 
Yea, look into the business and tax section, u can get info on dealing with gaypal and banks there
 
well free proxies you can try dude, never been a problem for me. provided you clear your browser cookies before using new proxy for another AC account. or just use AC mass submitter, i'd recommend it.
