Alright so I have my bank account + debit card linked to my paypal. I've recently have had some chargebacks, and now I'm negative -$300. My paypal has a fake name, fake phone numbers, it had real ssn, but i changed it to random numbers. Can paypal just f me over now, and steal from my bank account without permission?

your name doesn't really matter you have on file w/ them, they can still charge your CC or bank account
maybe you can try restricting their access to your bank account/CC with your bank or just close the bank account/ditch the card and get a new one
names don't need to match even if they say so
once i tried and i was able to withdraw money from a paypal account of mine which wasn't on my own name to a bank account which was on my own name and this works the other way around too for sure

They will send USA army at your home to recover money. May be they bring tanks.

i would say pay it off, this happened to me in the past, they didnt get back to me with banks and debt agencies but now i can never use paypal every again. which sucks now that everything uses paypal online lol
