Well my daughter 17 has been dabbling in IM, she sold a phone to someone from a website via paypal, she got tracking numbers to cover herself, but as this was drop-ship took a little longer than planned (days) and the buyer opened dispute, this places account into negative balance, well she did not check emails for few weeks as was on holiday, paypal passes this onto claims guys. I contact the claims guys stating I have tracking numbers all seemed fine, but for some reason they pass it on to legal company. Now my daughter is down £230 and possible court case, just talked to paypal again (25th time - im not joking), they said she needs to ask the buyer to send money to another account as her account it frozen, if they dont she will be going to court. Hows this for BS - we have all details of sale nothing underhanded - the buyer agreed that he got the item but we have to chase the cash. WTF Any help on this issue.
