Okay so I received a payment and waited almost 15 hours to withdraw half the funds. I wanted to call PayPal so they can withdraw some for me to my bank account. A representative picked up the phone and I told him if he can do it for me. So he had me on hold for 5 minutes to do the transfer himself. He got back on the phone and said that it wont let him transfer him the $1500 at once so he said he transfered $1000 and then $500 sepreately so it should be a lump sump coming to my account. I said okay and we got off the phone. So I went to check and see if the funds were out of my balance and if I could see the bank transfer transaction. Did not see the bank transfer transaction and the money was still in my account. I logged back in and nothing changed. So I did the transfer my self and I seen the bank transfer transaction and the funds have left my account and I received a email.

Question
Did he really want to initiate the transfer for me on his own?
or did he lie?

This is a really messed up situation. PayPal and eBay's support is like dealing with monkeys on crack.
So who knows what his deal was. Obviously he lied or you would have seen his transaction.

That's bazaar, it's strange as when I've ever had to deal with UK Paypal support they were always really friendly and helpful.

You find it surprising that monkeys stuck in Papal are on crack?

lol, he lied to you. He's a little dude making $1.60 an hour in Singapore, he can't just have access to funds to be able to move it. He just wanted to get you off the phone.
