PayPal question, adding new bank acc

As many of us, I have been banned from paypal for years now.

I have managed to make new pp account.

I have a good working PayPal account , i want to add new bank account. The questions is , will this flag my account, will this trigger a check from them ?

Any experiences?

If you add previous bank account, then it can cause issues.
