Hi,

I have few funds lying in my paypal account, which I want to withdraw. It is asking for one time Purpose Code. Please suggest what should I fill.

I will be grateful if somebody from India who has already done it before may help.

P0805 - for content writing, journalism, blog writing earnings
P0801 or P0802/03 - for affiliates, ad and other commision based earnigns (and most of the freelancer work).
P0902 - website design, outsourced tasks on fiverr type, arts,

This is what my interpretation of the code. You should consult with finance experts who know such stuff or simply search on search engine for Paypal purpose code.
 
I earned few bucks from cpa network and they transferred it to my paypal but there does not seem any appropriate category in Purpose Code.

In Paypal these Codes are not mentioned "P0801 or P0802/03 IMO."

There is a list which reads as under:-

P0801 for affiliate earnings

paypal will ask you for pan card as well before withdrawing
 
Pavan what is P0801 from above list.
 
I do CPA and usually use "Advertising and Market Research" and the transfer goes through, without any probs.

purpose code is used just for the information provided to RBI

purpose code hardly matters
but have you tried using fake pan card no. ?
any success with that ?

yea...when Paypal started asking PAN cards to be used in accounts, I googled and entered the PAN number and its still the same.


As per RBI guidelines, PAN comes into play when you process transactions over Rs. 50k in a day in one bank account, so even if you're having a fake PAN in your paypal account but transferring amount less than Rs.50k, you should be fine.

iam using purpose code as data procesing and consulitng is it wrong code. but i have never had problem in transfering to my bank account till now (all are above 50K) also i am using original pancard not fake
 
Wow you Indian dudes have it hard :/. Out here it's just straight withdraw -> bank account within three days.
